Our Process for sauce making

Start with the freshest ingredients.

We have a variety of sauces. Each sauce we make is carefully thought out and created on paper. At this point we make a small test batch and perfect our recipe. Each Batch is made with the freshest ingredients we can find. Whether the veggies are handpicked from our garden or ordered from a local supplier, we only use the freshest ingredients possible with every batch.

Washing and sanitizing

All produce, instruments, hands involved and utensils to be used are thoroughly washed sanitized and prepared to prevent any and all contamination possibilities.

Weighing and cooking

Each sauce is created to a specific recipe, made by weight of each individual ingredient so that every bottle will maintain the same flavor every time. Once everything has been weighed out, the cooking process begins. All ingredients are placed into a large pot, boiled down to a proper pasteurization temperature for a specific amount of time. At this time a binder is introduced brought back to a boil, to immediately be followed by a Ph test.

Bottling

Once proper Ph of less than 3.4 is maintained for safety purposes the bottling process begins. After a temperature of 185 degrees Fahrenheit is reached every bottle is poured by hand to a corresponding weight to the amount being sold. Lids are then hand tightened to ensure nothing is lost in transit. Bottles are then wrapped inverted, and hand dipped in boiling water to seal the wrap for a second safety precaution.

Recording

Every batch will then be recorded by number and date of production into a log that will be kept in case of recall possibilities. Labeling of the bottle for distribution will now be completed. Every design is created and hand-picked to reflect each individual sauces character and flavor profile.

Distribution and shipping

Whether shipping to a store or directly to a consumer each package is professionally packaged to ensure safety and guaranteed delivery. The only step left is to consume. Enjoy the experience and flavor.
